Eric’s expertise, partnership, and work ethic has been an amazing asset to our lean leadership team. While running a growing business, our organization had several high stakes needs and milestones on the horizon requiring the skills and talents of a CFO. Eric seamlessly collaborates with our executive team to deliver complex modeling and forecasting scenarios, leveraged his network to help us get multiple term sheets for venture debt, and has continued to be a sounding board and resource for longer term company financial strategies. Eric’s role helps us get further, faster, and more successfully than we would on our own.
Eric successfully revised and upgraded all of our accounting and reporting functions providing the leadership and the board of directors with clear, comprehensive and complete reporting. He is thoughtful, collegiate and creative in anticipating and addressing the financial affairs of our enterprise.
Eric is a pro. He has consistently followed through for our company and has provided frequent insightful feedback with a high level of detail. He has been integral in polishing our financial model and advising on strategy as it pertains to our content strategy. It has been a big boost to have him on our side. Highly recommend.
Eric was a key player in our Series C financing. He expertly crafted a robust financial model that we were able to provide prospective investors and leverage internally to improve operations. Additionally, he possesses excellent business acumen and communications skills and we enjoyed partnering with him during our fundraise.
